Let's dive into a refreshing topic that's perfect for anyone looking to stay hydrated and energized, especially as we head into the warmer months: how to make your very own
electrolyte beverage right at home.

First, you'll need a few basic ingredients:

  • 4 cups of water – This is your base. For a bit more flavor or added minerals, consider using coconut water as part or all of the water required.

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt – Salt is a key electrolyte that helps balance fluids in the body.

  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice – Freshly squeezed is best for that refreshing zing and natural vitamins.

  • 1/4 cup of lime juice – Again, fresh is preferable for taste and nutrients.

  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup – This adds a natural sweetness and also provides some additional minerals.
